The team:

Derek dodge, president

Derek is an Interprovincial, Red Seal Journeyman painter with 40+ years' experience in commercial and industrial painting and finishing. He is the lead project estimator & project manager. In keeping with our company's value in education, Derek pursues courses like Leadership Principals in Construction Management through Saskatchewan Polytechnic.

shelley dodge, safety Manager & accounting

Shelley has long been dedicated to the field of health and safety with a background in psychiatric nursing prior to starting  with Dodge & Son. Shelley is a certified National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO).She provides valuable information and resources that help keep our team safe.

tyler Rock, supervisor

Tyler is a certified Apprentice in the Painting and Decorating trade. He has been with us since 2018 and is trained in Leadership in Safety Excellence with the Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association. Tyler also has achieved Level 1 First Aid and CPR certification.

Tyler has also completed the following safety courses through the Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association: SCOT,Scaffold Awareness, Fall Protection, and Occupational Health and Safety Level 1. Tyler also holds a current Lift ticket for operating power mobile lifts. Tyler is a dedicated employee who is a valuable member of our team. He brings with him a competant knowledge base and is willing to take on new challenges.

 

Trevor Kozinko, supervisor

Trevor has been with the company since 2020. He  brings with him, a variety of construction job  experiences. Trevor  has completed the LSE superviser course with the Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association and is a qualified First Aid and CPR attendant. He provides quality workmanship and leadership to any site he is on. 

Trevor has also completed the following safety courses through the Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association: SCOT, Fall Protection, Frame Scafold Awareness, and Occupational health & safety Level 1. Trevor also holds a current lift ticket for operating mobile lifts.

 

Mooku Shee, supervisor

Mooku started working with the company in May 2021. He is dedicated and willing to take on new challenges. Mooku has completed  Leadership in Safety Excellence through the Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association. Mooku  is a Level 1 First Aid and CPR attendant.

He has also completed the following safety courses through the Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association: SCOT, and Fall Protection.
